APPLICATION

- Apply a facial oil or serum to your face and neck.
- Use the Gua Sha stone to stroke the skin at a 45-degree angle, applying light pressure.
- Always stroke from the inside out, except on the neck, where you should work from the bottom up. Start at the jawline and then stroke over the cheeks and forehead.
- Repeat each stroke three to five times.
